, The person will be responsible to run the daily functions of the Human Resource activities like hiring and interviewing candidates, administering leave and attendance, overseeing company policies and practices., He,she will also take care of all employee engagement activities, R&R and will be working on HRMS applications and updating details on day to day basis., Stakeholder management, talent management, maintaining compliance attributes will also be part of the duties.
