, The role encompasses hiring from Business School, Engineering (Tier 1 & Tier 2), Graduate Campus, Law, ICAI (CA) and article interns, The individual will also be responsible for managing off,campus hiring through the year across LOBs,SLs of 0,1 year experienced roles, Will work closely with a team of recruiters & recruitment coordinators in a fast,paced recruiting organization. , Be an organizational connoisseur, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a transformational organization of talented individuals., Implement University Relation plans & solutions for campuses across India and deliver results, Implement large scale plans to achieve desired hiring numbers and branding objectives, Be the relationship owner of assigned campuses and build brand among stakeholders such as placement cell, placement coordinators, students to improve hiring quality and numbers, Assist the campus team in internal processes such as offer management, intern conversion, onboarding etc., Design and implement projects within team to improve candidate experience on and off campus, Manage relevant senior stakeholders across LOBs,SLs by becoming sole point of contact for their campus related activities, Ability to influence and partner across levels of the organization to achieve results and manage multiple stakeholders at a Hiring Manager level, Ability to hire at an entry level from campuses while keeping the bar high, Strong interpersonal skills which would translate into effective relationship building across campuses, Strong inclination towards managing processes and designing new areas of process innovation, Ability to drive various branding and engagement activities across campuses in India, Strong HR acumen, including strong problem,solving skills, critical thinking & self,initiative, High quality report preparation, data analysis and strategizing capability based on past trends, Maintain flexibility to deal with ambiguity and the evolving needs of the business environment, Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state,of,the,art recruiting practices.
