It is a key role that requires direct impact by driving initiatives and insights through analytics and liaising with the business to ensure complete business continuity. As a People Partner, you will partner with the key stakeholders from the department and leverages the Human Resources team for business deliverables.You will :, Partner with the business leadership team and support in driving organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, and learning and development, Work towards conceptualizing and implementing organization structuring interventions and role,based organizations to streamline career progression, Be an independent advisor to the Business Head in all HR related matters, Partner with the Talent Acquisition team for all requisitions, Ensure proper functional onboarding of the new joiners and draw a clear picture of their KRAs & KPIs, Partner and drive performance reviews along with business, Analyze trends in employee turnover and employee engagement surveys and recommend interventions backed by data, Drive specific engagement initiatives (targeted 1,1 discussions, focused group discussions, etc.) to maximize productivity and develop highly engaged teams, Develop and deploy culture building initiatives, and implement a high,performance culture, Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests, Resolve employee escalations within TAT and within the policy framework, Work closely with the central Human Resources team to ensure timely and effective delivery of all HR processes
