Manager Research & Insights (Quantitative research + Market Research companies,Agency background)The Role:The incumbent will be responsible for running the various consumer insight generation programs for the company. She,he will work with the internal teams and external agencies to ensure prompt delivery of the various projects., Adept in independently handling all stages in a Market Research Project:, Design a project (Objective, Research design, Sample design, costing), Project Launch, Questionnaire design, Presentation preparation and sharing insights with relevant stakeholders within the company, Team management, Enable business teams by providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations or business reviews and also by providing value,added analyses and response to special requests, Identify and recommend enhanced and new projects that address the company's business needs, Build and maintain ongoing relationships with the key stakeholders within Marketing organizationQualifications:, Postgraduate or MBA from a well,known institute, 3 to 5 years experience in Quantitative Consumer Insights role, Strong Customer Focus and Proactiveness, Working knowledge of statistics and multivariate analysis, Working knowledge of research techniques and methodologiesSkills:, Proactive, Able to influence and persuade, Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills, Ability to analyse and interpret data in a challenging and insightful manner, Strong and articulate verbal and written communication skills, Efficient time management, ability to multi,task and detail,oriented, Displays maturity and creative problem,solving skills in handling crises, Recommend improvements in work processes within area of responsibility
