The Role :Byju's is looking to strengthen its core marketing team for BTL activities across 100+ cities in India. The profile will be responsible for conceptualizing, activating, executing and implementing BTL campaigns across multiple brands and numerous BTL channels (Households, Assets, Corporates and Lead based brand alliances).Key Responsibilities :, Develop overall strategy and implementation plans for the initiatives across the geographies., Build and scale vertical narratives to drive lead generation, Overall end,to,end ownership for developing and implementing strategy to achieve customer base and targets for the business, Utilize creativity to develop innovative strategies to reach customers and drive growth, Evaluate the market position of competing products, services, and organizations and their marketing and sales techniques, Liaison with other teams to ensure brand consistency in customer communications, Ensure all feedback is recorded and incorporated while devising the strategy, Ensure that regular reviews happen as per defined frequency course correction measures are finalized and effectively implementedLeadership :, To lead and provide clarity on the stated objectives and specific plans to implement them., Drive a performance,oriented unit and integrate key functions that are inter,dependent, Design, negotiate and execute complex, profitable and strategically advantageous deals that exceed stated goals, Anticipating and addressing market opportunities and emerging issues, ensuring the right balance between long term business strategy and near,term commercial requirementsCandidate Profile :, 7,10 years of marketing leadership experience predominantly in a offline marketing, Successful track record in driving growth, Team leadership, Strong and adept communicatorOther Candidate Characteristics :, Strong innovative and lateral thinker, Highly adaptable and flexible to work within a matrix org. structure.
