The Role :Byju's is looking to strengthen its core marketing team for BTL activities across 100+ cities in India. The profile will be responsible for conceptualizing, activating, executing and implementing BTL campaigns across multiple brands and numerous BTL channels (Households, Assets, Corporates and Lead based brand alliances).Key Responsibilities:, Develop overall strategy and implementation plans for the initiatives across the geographies., Build and scale vertical narratives to drive lead generation, Overall end,to,end ownership for developing and implementing strategy to achieve customer base and targets for the business , Utilize creativity to develop innovative strategies to reach customers and drive growth , Evaluate the market position of competing products, services, and organizations and their marketing and sales techniques, Liaison with other teams to ensure brand consistency in customer communications , Ensure all feedback is recorded and incorporated while devising the strategy, Ensure that regular reviews happen as per defined frequency course correction measures are finalized and effectively implemented
