We are growing quickly & looking for a stellar Business Strategy Analyst to join our Professional Services team in Bangalore who can bring the hustle associated with a fast-paced environment to succeed.
What do you get to do?
Interview decision makers among Whatfix’s new as well as existing customers to understand their business KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) closely
Work with project sponsors to establish trackable business objectives, success criteria and ways to monitor key performance metrics
Deeply understand customer business processes and schedule meetings with multiple stakeholders when necessary
Make sure that product implementation and configuration activities are aligned to customer’s long term and short term business objectives
Coordinate with multiple teams to deliver successful outcomes within defined timelines
Provide feedback to Whatfix internal teams based on customer interactions
Validate the solution delivered by Whatfix teams and act as a proxy for customers in internal meetings
What you need to have/bring to the table:
5+ years’ experience working with US or EMEA Enterprise customers in Business Analytics or in Management / Business / Technology Consulting
Experience in building relationships with CXOs in multiple industries
In-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management decision-making
Ability to navigate the complexities of multiple internal and external stakeholders
Strategic thinker combined with planned execution. Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivation and the capacity to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Superior presentation and negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Excel and experience with basic analytics tools like Google Analytics (or equivalent), Tableau / Metabase / Periscope / Looker (or equivalent)
Experience with SQL will be preferred, but not required
