Visionary leader to build multiple future,ready BFSI solutions.2. A vivid thinker who can anticipate the future of Banking and develop solutions. Main capability.3. Capability of building relationships with the today,tomorrow leaders of Digitally driven Banking Industry4. Thinking imaginatively and visualize a big picture with technical competencies and risk,taking ability 5. Broad and wide,angle views and doesn't miss any opportunity in the BFSI market. Anticipate upcoming changes. 6. Responsible to take MTL's solutions to a future ready level and increase the group visibility for the future of banking.7. Emotionally intelligence: Ignite the existing team and drive the existing team to get the solutions developed.8. Bold and risk taking: Main attribute required. Any solutions build by this candidate needs a lot of risk taking and boldness to implement the solution9. A person needs to be a BFSI SME10. Sales: Sales is a complementary role building new future ready solutions for banking and selling or cross selling any with the existing solutions is the main crux of the roleExperience & Expertise :, 15,20 years of experience from relevant industry., Complete understanding of the Banking Industry. Should have experience of building solutions to Banking Industry. Should have proven ability to connect with Banking leaders and anticipate the Banking operations., Good interpersonal & communication skills, Negotiation skills, Problem,solving, Result Oriented, Presentation Skills, Good team player, Good planning and prioritizing skills, Diplomatic and persuasive , Ability to assess financial, marketing and operational aspects, Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
