Business Head , Solution Selling (Logistics,Supply Chain,Transportation) Solutions sales to E,Commerce Industry, B Tech + Full,time MBA , 15+years total experience including 5 years experience as a P&L Head.ROLE :Drive profitable growth by selling SCM Solutions to the E,Commerce Industry. Get leading E,Commerce Companies in your portfolio and drive enterprise sales. Design and Device a Business Plan through strategic thought leadership and by leading a large all India team.RESPONSIBILITIES :, Owning the ECommerce P&L including the annual topline and bottom,line targets, Developing and executing strategies, tactics and action plans to achieve topline and bottom,line targets and expand the customer base, Building and maintaining strong, long,lasting customer relationships with key E Commerce customers, Understanding industry trends and customer needs., Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives, Lead the all India E Commerce BD,KAM and Operations (FCs,MHs,SCs) team , Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentationsFunctional Competencies & Behavioural Competencies :, Proven track record of driving profitable business growth through clients in the E,commerce Sector., Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C,level, Proven ability to drive the end,to,end sales process., Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services, Proven ability to position products against competitor, Demonstrable experience in developing client,focused, differentiated and achievable solutions, Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills , Excellent verbal and written communications skills , Excellent Leadership skills , Strong networking and interpersonal skills (stakeholder management , engaging with senior , top management people) , High energy & positive attitude
