POSITION PURPOSE :Primary purpose of the position; To lead Export sales and distribution for the organization for a specific geographical region.PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES :, Achieve export targets in line with the organization's geographical strategy., To handle the existing business as well as generate new business opportunities across global market., Negotiating contracts with foreign sales and distribution centers and other parties such as shippers, agents and vendors., Lead and assist in the efforts to deliver world,class customer service., Build comprehensive international market knowledge, trends, and market research database, Assist New Product Development (NPD), export correspondence, documentation, preparation and submission of custom clearance documents.SKILL REQUIREMENTS, BEHAVIOURIAL TRAITS :, Knowledge Seeker, Understanding of International Trade and Markets , Functional Knowledge of analytical tools, Open to Travel extensively within India and abroadEDUCATION , EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE :, MBA IB ,Sales and Marketing., Currently Handling North America Market with minimum experience in NA of 3 years. 10 years plus of experience Handling Export sales in similar industrySPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND , OR SKILLS:, Ability to integrate and interpret disparate sources of data and information relating to Export markets and international affairs, Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, Demonstrates high degree of curiosity. Invest time and energy into learning and executing at the same time, Influencing skills, Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, Strong problem solving and analytical skills
