In this role, The Business Analyst < b> is responsible for supporting AMD’s commercial reporting in the MEA team and supporting the strategic business objectives of the Project Management Office. Assist with execution of projects within the PMO and support Distributor Managers with reporting on distributor performance< p>

Responsibilities:< b> < p>

  • Project Management Office < b> Supports PMO process reviews monthly, assist with data analysis and ensure follow up on information Ensure compliance to Division requirements for PMO and ensuring improving the progress of all PMO projects. Assist with detailed analysis of problematic areas with sustainable improvement ideasDevelop and use data driven insights to assist in decision making< li>
  • Sales Dashboard and Reporting < b> Monthly preparation on Sales Dashboard (sales projections) for MEAPrepares MEA Reporting to leadership team: Growth Charts KPI tracking reports on PMO projects on a monthly basis Manage MEA Sales Dashboard to track in country stock levels, DBS & Plasma ratio, utilization on instruments, number of instruments in country, stock on hand etc.Track monthly sales and revenue performance based on the forecast; highlight risk & opportunities (contingencies)Support Africa and Middle East Distributor Managers in calculating service fees and preparing associated reports< li>
  • Any other ad hoc tasks projects from a direct line manager or DVP MEA and Global Accounts< li>

    Qualifications And Expertise:< b> < p>

    Education:< b> < p>

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science based degree, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent relevant experience required< li>

    Experience< b> :< p>

  • Typically requires 3 5 years of Business Analyst, Management Consulting, Commercial Excellence role< li>
  • Experience having worked for a Medical Diagnostics, Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical company is preferred< li>
  • Strong Excel Skills (Advanced user)< li>
  • Excel modeling skills (ability to create a model that can easily be updated as major assumptions change)< li>
