Job Description

Purpose of Job :The position is responsible to manage the evolution of sales of products,brand of the company. Coordinate promotions and advertising efforts of products,brand under his,her responsibility. Provide short term and long term strategic direction for the brand plans, brand strategies, promotional strategies, market research, and product development for all SKUs of the brand on annual basis.Roles and Responsibilities:, The position manages to utilize consumer,driven insights based on research to develop strategies for product promotions, product demonstration, brand pricing, packaging. Ability to handle new brand and product Launches , End to end involvement in the pre, post and production activities for ad shoots, advertising campaigns in consultation with external agencies. , Oversees the media planning for brand promotions on national & regional levels responsible for running integrated campaigns across consumer touch points such as TV, print, radio, PR and consumer promotions. In order to Enhance the recognition and the competitiveness of the brands, Maximize the value,profitability of the brands., The position manages to ensure all marketing activities comply with annual budgets, responsible for ATL & BTL activities, oversees training to internal sales team and store sales staff regarding new products ,categories and their benefits. Liaising with Production and R& D team to ensure product quality & packaging specifications are as per customer's feedbacks., The position manages to utilize Internet and social media strategy different brand campaigns, track consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as, market share, profit projections, and by conducting consumer research. Detailed analysis of the past campaign through data mining and customer interaction to ascertain the communication and the way forward for the next campaign.What you will do: , Plan and drive the execution of the India Brand Marketing Activation calendar and drive local market initiatives where relevant, Draft strong marketing briefs lead the process of agency briefings, creative development, event management, and activation roll,out for all campaign business objectives., Implement integrated marketing plans and strategies in sync with business plans, annual marketing calendar., Drive a pan,India strategy with a focus on key strategic cities ensuring excellence in execution and delivery against Brand KPIs., Ensure consistent and elevated brand positioning across all consumer touchpoints. Focus on delivering the brand strategy in a relevant and meaningful way, enhancing brand image, position, and reputation amongst consumers, in accordance with brand guidelines, design formats, and marketing principles., Ensure on,time planning leadership alignment of brand product campaigns followed by on,time reporting aligned with internal processes and expectations., Provide a clear vision and direction to indirect teams with relevant objectives and KPIs., Provide a suitable performance framework for direct reports by setting performance targets and coaching for continuous improvement., Contribute to the planning of the India Omni,channel Marketing activation calendarKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities :, Significant knowledge of the full marketing mix (advertising, events, sponsorship, retail), Leading and managing a diverse team, Project management of integrated marketing campaigns, Budget forecasting management, Ability to collaborate internally and with external partners, Demonstrated relationship management working with influencers, celebrities, or Public Relations, Good understanding of the creative thinking and development process.
