Job Description

Major Responsibilities To have a flair to promote NSDL product to new clients and enhance the existing clientele relationship by understand client needs and develop plans to address them. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively Forward upselling and cross selling opportunities to the sales team Promote high quality sales, supply and customer service processes Create a Sales plan and matrix which is to be result oriented. Aim to preserve customers and also get in new customers to the product platform of NSDL Approach potential customers to establish relationships Gain good knowledge of competitorsRequirements 10 to 12 years of experience in Business Development. Candidate having experience in BFSI sector will be preferred. Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices Experience in sales or customer service is preferred with the knowledge of capital market Problem solving attitude Excellent communication skills Aptitude for fostering positive relationships Teamwork and leadership skills Customer oriented mindsetQualification MBA Sales and Marketing is preferred
