Responsibilities:,, Responsible for Sales & Sales admin for assigned state., Achieving primary and secondary sales targets., Managing and upholding a team of ASM's & Frontline team, Constant focus on growing width and depth of numeric distribution in the geography., Recruiting, training and coaching the respective sales team., Communicate with business Influencer, understand market dynamics and maintain relationships with key business partners like Dealer, distributors, vendors etc., Monitoring weekly and monthly Sales billing and secondary follow,up., Monitoring POSM utilization & Visibility activities, Preparing demand forecasting & managing inventory., Reporting competitive activity, schemes related developments from the market., Accountable for end,to,end sales and operation excellence & execution.Reporting toZSM , SouthBriefing Received from Line HR, HQ @ Hyderabad & operating entire Telangana state., Should have worked minimum 2,3 years as State Head or in similar position.Experience Required10+ years in FMCG sales and at least 3 years work based @ Hyderabad Market.Education Qualification : Graduation , MBA Preferred.Gender preference : MaleSectors to target : FMCG, Food and BeveragesSalary offered: 15,25LPA
