Job Description

Key Objectives of the role:, Focus on creating business impact by developing strategies for the top consumable categories, Manage positive partner relations at the highest levels , ensure leadership alignment for the long term , Drive cost efficiency through various initiatives, Work as a team player, upholding company values and contributing to a positive working environment, Strong listening and negotiation skills, Strong at analysing data and develop action plan and strategies accordinglyAs an Individual Contributor in the Channels team, you will be required to do following but not limited to:, Partner and client Identification & Engagement to drive top line growth via partner references, Building, utilising and demonstrating subject matter expertise in respective category , market structure, opportunities, players, impact of regulatory environment, Bizongo mission,objectives, etc , Identification of partners in various buckets: strategic engagements, tactical interventions, spot buying, Day to day negotiations of leads generated by Sales team and closure under tight timelines, Onboarding decisions for new partners basis assessments and engagement buckets , Leading partner engagements and negotiations in line with opportunities and strategy. Grow wallet shares and review periodically with strategic partners , Building matrix of cost models for subcategories, in complete alignment with partners, Leading periodic reviews with partners based on internal evaluation and objective feedback , continuously revisit engagement decisions basis these reviews Driving Business Success:, Working closely with Sales and marketing team to generate short & long term invoiced GMV opportunities, meet & exceed CM2 objectives for new leads, Driving projects to improve CM2 of regular materials with comprehensive understanding & alignment of partner cost structures, Identifying and leverage opportunities for partner financing directly by Bizongo or through strategic tie,ups led by Corporate Finance , Driving opportunities to improve Partner DPO (days payable outstanding), You will also be responsible for ensuring sampling process for your set of categories ensuring highest quality and within agreed timelinesWhy work with us?, Opportunity to work with "India's leading B2B" E,commerce venture.
