Bizongo's New Business Development Team drives the global reach of Tech platform and end to end outsourcing solution in Textiles and Apparel industry for any company that wants to source yarn, fabric, RMG from India or neighbouring SEA countries. The team focuses on prospecting, acquiring and retaining clients, growing wallet share, and nurturing relationships with existing clients across in Textiles and Apparel industry by offering a complete suite of cloud,based solutions. They also build up the supply partners and end to end supply chain to serve these international clientsKey Responsibilities:, Identify business opportunity and business development of brands, retailers, or importers of yarn,fabric,RMG within US, UK, Europe, Bangladesh market , Identifying appropriate prospects, setting appointments, making effective qualifying sales calls, and managing sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered , Devise a strategy to acquire relevant leads, work on quick onboarding of strategic clients and maintaining the CRM for pipeline aggressively, Understand contract manufacturing in India for yarn, fabric, RMG that can be built out for a strategic supply base to cater to international demand being brought in , Market research, trend analysis, customer surveys. Contributing information for strategic plans, sales plans., Preparation of marketing materials, presentations, brochures etcOwn and strengthen relationships from executive C,B,level down to specific account teams with both suppliers,buyersJob Requirements:, 5,10 years' experience in Textile (yarn, fabric, RMG) sales & merchandising. Prior experience of working in Export House would be an advantage, Proven track record of active acquisition, successful negotiations and account management, Good understanding and knowledge of the supply chain and regulations in the respective regional markets, Entrepreneurial and innovative mindset with well,developed interpersonal and proven leadership skills, Able to work in a fast paced, metric driven environment with periods of pressure to meet deadlines,goals, Extremely passionate and self,motivated individuals Why work with us?
