Group Accounts Head : South India, Group Account Head is the lead for all key accounts, key account managers, account managers and client operations for BigCity, based in South India, With a core focus on fulfilment and smooth functioning of our promotional campaign operations, Spread across 200+ Brands ( annually) in 3 offices you will be responsible for all post sales operations the accounts in South India for BigCity, You will manage a team of manage a team of 2,3 Account managers ( SR and Manager level) + 2,3 account executives.Role is based out of our head office in Bangalore. Job Requirements and Responsibilities: , Handling all post sales tasks for all promotional projects @BigCity, Will need to manage all account managers and account executives for the south region , Coordination with multiple internal teams ( Operations, Tech, Creatives, Copy, Fulfilment), Key Account Management and Setting up processes for smooth running of multiple programs. , Responsible for smooth execution of all the campaigns under the Client Servicing team, Work with management team to bring creative solutions to prospective clients and to build the business of current clients. , Contribute to client's business growth by identifying new opportunities. , Escalation Management, Responsible for future business generation from existing clients., Foster a productive and empowering working environment. , Deliver company business and revenue goals. , Will work on multiple projects at once and ensure strong integration across the Organization. , Lead new business efforts and determine the optimal staffing assignments for new initiatives. , Partner with peers in planning and creative agencies, and internal disciplines to work on existing or new business opportunities. , Perform senior,level client negotiation and management skills, with clear and excellent speaking, writing and presentation skills.Minimum Qualifications: , Min 7 years of experience in client servicing and account management., Prior experience in growing accounts and mining new opportunities within existing accounts., Graduate,Post Graduate, MBA in marketing is preferred, Min 4+ years of Account Management, Exceptional Customer Service and Relationship building experience., Experience in traditional advertising, direct marketing, or similar media environment is a plus., Agency background is highly preferred., Good communication skills, Good interpersonal skills, Active problem solving skills, Customer Focus, Ability to handle pressure, Ability to work on multiple projects and handle multiple teams. , Ability to drive processes nationallyABOUT BIGCITY :Big City Promotions is India's premier Marketing Agency.
