Role: Behavioral Health Recruiter
Location: Remote


Concert Health is a mission-driven leading Behavioral Health Medical Group bringing evidence based behavioral health services to primary care practices and organizations in eight states. Through outcome driven clinical work, we increase accessibility to behavioral health services one person at a time.

Concert Health helps primary care providers deliver exceptional, reimbursable integrated behavioral health services to their patients. We provide primary care partners with a comprehensive Collaborative Care solution --  care managers, psychiatric consultants and technology -- to help identify and treat their patients struggling  with a variety of behavioral health diagnoses. Our remote team provides evidence based interventions to promote symptom reduction and optimal outcomes for patients. 


Led by co-founders Spencer Hutchins and Virna Little, Concert employs remote behavioral care managers and psychiatric consultants. We are continuing to expand to make behavioral health services more accessible to patients and communities in need.


We are looking for a remote Behavioral Health Recruiter to join our growing People Team! Reporting to the Head of People, you will be the key talent partner helping Concert Health grow and scale our talent clincial team.


Responsibilities:



  • Partner with organizational leadership to develop new position requirements 

  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives

  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc

  • Source and recruit top talent 

  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications

  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process


 


Requirements:



  • 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Sourcer preferred

  • Experience with high volume recruiting preferred

  • Experience recruiting behavioral health or medical personnel preferred

  • Open to individuals with counselor or social work expeirence looking to transition into People team

  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)

  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)

  • Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred

  • Experience with Salesforce, Greenhouse and BambooHR strongly preferred

  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) strongly preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong decision-making skills

  • BS in Human Resources Management strongly preferred
