Job Description

Overall purpose of role :, Support by delivering the end to end financials across a Transaction Cycle ,Function by working closely with Business Managers & FBPs supporting the Transaction Cycle ,Function, Deliver end,to,end Finance reporting that enables management to proactively shape strategy, High quality, consistent and standardized offering with complete ownership of the , numbers, , Management of Profit Centres hierarchy and submission of Billing rules, Close monitoring of monthly financials at various levelsKey Accountabilities :Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:, Finance & Month Close, Delivery of the end to end financials across a Transaction Cycle,Function:, Providing the analysis to support business decisions and financial strategy for the Transaction Cycle,Function, ensuring delivery is to plan and budget, supporting the bank's overall business strategy and cost base objectives, Work with FBPs to deliver the monthly financials for profit and loss and balance sheet, To understand the GL postings each month and to ensure the month end is done in a timely manner. Completion of balance sheet reconciliations post the month end with commentary, Ensure adherance to cost controllership guidelines, Provide the analysis and support the drafting of insights & commentary of MoM,other variances with clear linkages to drivers , Managing the hierarchy in terms of creation, amendment, closure & rationalization, etc., Work with the Centres of Excellence to ensure full alignment to BX operating model, Have oversight of and ensure adherence , alignment to all global , local regulatory and statutory requirements, Ensure best in class, efficient and robust controls are adhered to at all times, Strategy, Insights & Leadership Support, Provide reports and data to leadership in CL CoE, Work with FBPs to ensure delivery of Transaction Cycle,Function Strategy , Adhoc activity to support cost related Executive level requests, Work collaboratively with other team members on cross functional initiatives, Support of COO Business Projects e.g. COE, Cost saving initiatives etc.Essential Skills,Basic Qualifications:, BP&A,CM background and experience a big plus, Advance Excel & PowerPoint skills, Knowledge,Experience of writing VBA Macro in MS Excel, is preferred, Willingness and ability to take ownership of issues and manage through to a successful resolution , Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communicator, MBA,CA, Evidence of career progression in prior roles; proven ability to maintain energy and resilience within an organization throughout a period of change and,or against significant challengesDesirable skills,Preferred Qualifications:, Strong Systems skills, Outstanding knowledge and expertise of SAP, CAP., Attention to detail and strong organizational skills a must. Ability to balance multiple critical requests from various stakeholders with outstanding precision ,Strong Communication skills across a variety of forums and mediums. Proven ability to distil information into key messages and deliver succinctly according to audience
