Job Description

This is a senior management level position responsible for connecting with Key Stakeholders of target organizations (banks), Establishing relationships and converting the same into alliances. This role specifically would be targeting the creation of alliances with Banks and Financial Service organizations. Primary Duties: , This role specifically would be targeting the creation of alliances with Banks and Financial Service organizations. , Professionals with experience in connecting with Key Stakeholders of target organizations (banks), establishing relationships and converting the same into alliances. , Establish strategic tie ups with the banks for the enablement of the wide network of payment services offered. , Ensure a higher level of engagements with the banks for the 'Sell with', 'Sell to' and 'Sell through' Strategies , Key Account Management for Banks for New Business Opportunities , Enhancements , Pricing arrangements, Accounts receivables, Payables management with the banks in the region allocated. , Keep abreast of the online payments landscape, competitors and clients, needs , Should be from fintech ,Payments Company and would have done Banking ,Payment Options tie,ups. , Establish strategic tie ups with the banks for the enablement of the wide network of payment services offered. , Ensure a higher level of engagements with the banks for the 'Sell with', 'Sell to' and 'Sell through' Strategies , Key Account Management for Banks for New Business Opportunities , Enhancements , Pricing arrangements, Accounts receivables, Payables management with the banks in the region allocated. , Keep abreast of the online payments landscape, competitors and clients, needs , Issue resolution in relation to online payment product related issues , Keep up to date with new developments in banking and ensure adequate training for the team , Ensure a sound Complaint handling process within responsibilities , Keep abreast of regulatory and industry changes in order to ensure no breaches of FCA, banking and other regulations within responsibility including CASS , Develop and maintain good relationship with key merchants as well as explore new markets for acquiring business so as to expand the market share , Interacting with the senior management and Key decision makers in entities, it also involves Liaoning at strategic and operational level with various other departments within the bank like FIG, Branch Banking Qualifications: , 10,15 years of experience with background in Banking preferably with Financial Services,Cards, Payment gateway , Extensive knowledge of the Client Onboarding processes, Risk, Chargeback & Fraud management. , Excellent Product knowledge across all elements of Credit Cards Product & have a 360,degree view of the market, strong in risk management skills, ability to have foresight on portfolio direction, loss estimates and how to control the same. , Strong communication & Presentation skills , Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements , Stock Market Workings , FCA Regulations including CASS , Cash Reconciliation , Banking processes , Proven organization and time management skills , Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Education: , Bachelor's degree,University degree or equivalent experience , Master's degree preferred This job description provides a high,level review of the types of work performed.
