Bank has continuously demonstrated leadership position in this segment. The product team is responsible to innovate and execute new ideas to meet the customer expectation in compliant manner.Key Responsibilities:, New Product development, Understand market and build competitive landscape, Build Business Strategies to garner larger market share and revenue, Create frictionless processes for customer on boarding and after sales experience, Identify process gaps and create compliant & seamless processes, Project management with all the key internal stakeholdersRole Proficiencies:, For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:, Industry Knowledge, Knowledge on Payments, Forex and financial services products and competitors, Project management skills, experience to work on Agile framework will be handy, Good analytics and communication skills, 1 to 8 years of exposure in prepaid cards, forex, payments industry will be handy.Functional Knowledge:, Product Management, Conceptualize products aligning to the organization's vision and market needs, Collaborate with cross,functional team in designing and prioritizing products to meet organizational goals.
