Our company (over 400 teammates) is growing and we are hiring an Associate Recruiter onto our Talent Acquisition team.  Please NOTE THIS IS A FULLY REMOTE POSITION PERMANENTLY.  We are looking for recruiters with a strong interest  in IT recruitment - learning it or already experienced.  We are a diverse group of individuals passionate about recruiting, creating excellent candidate experiences and flexible to roll with the changes that occur in a growing organization with complex client requirements. 

The Associate Recruiter assists with full cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for roles across Ad Hoc.  In addition, they network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.

The Associate Recruiter will be responsible for (Essential Functions):

  • Managing stream of screening calls for yourself and others

  • Utilizing sourcing tools to proactively identify candidates

  • Ensuring daily scrum recruiting and hiring manager touch base

  • Tracking activities and ensures timely follow up with candidates

  • Monitoring pipeline and tracks sources in the Applicant Tracking System

  • Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and prepares meeting related documents

  • Developing and maintains files and procedures

  • Assisting with candidate follow up and works to ensure a positive candidate experience

  • Providing general support to recruiting team pitching in as needed to meet company objectives

  • Managing candidates throughout the process

  • Assisting in building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified and diverse talent

  • Conducting recruiting project work as assigned. 

Required Skills

  • Highly organized

  • Strong sourcing skills

  • Very effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Able to pick up new roles and new industry quickly

  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, high volume environment 

  • Flexible to changing recruiting direction and needs

  • Experience recruiting for Information Technology Professionals a plus but not required

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven recruiting achievement in an agency, search firm or corporate setting.

  • Must be able to work effectively from home - this is a REMOTE role and will stay REMOTE
