Assistant Manager- Social Media

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Write, self-edit, and publish and check posts across all social media channels

2. Coordinating on daily content as per plan to ensure uninterrupted content posting

3. Maintaining social platforms hygiene- cover photos, link in bio, pinned posts etc.

4. Facilitate influencer activations with management of operations and logistics of products, giveaways

5. Contest management- creating, providing coupons, shipping giveaways, planning T&C’s and coordinating with CS team

6. Coordinate with media team to ensure timely boosting as per social boosting/ media plan

Qualifications and Training Required:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in social media marketing

- Digital content experience is preferable

Key Skills:

- A flair for writing and meticulous editing skills.

- Understanding of social platforms, their content types and executional details

- Accuracy and attention to detail

- Stakeholder management, internal and external

- Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills.
