RESPONSIBILITIES:, The person would be responsible for leading HR Onboarding team., The person would responsible for managing the induction and onboarding process as per the policy., They would be responsible for managing employee grievances related to onboarding by coordinating with the recruiter. , They will be taking care of drafting and managing communication for the onboarding process for new joiners., Responsible for managing and collecting the required documents and auditing all the documents collected.REQUIREMENTS:, Total HR experience: 5+ yrs in Onboarding. , A strong knowledge of HR Functions and best practice, Excellent people management skills., Maintaining and updating the MIS records and HRMS tool., Exposure of experienced in Bulk Onboarding, Documents, Induction., Good hands,on experience in managing and update Excel data management.
