We are looking for Qualified Chartered Accountant to work as a Assistant Manager, Finance and Accounting with a reputed FMCG,Sales and Distribution, SCM and Ecommerce organisation. This role is initially working from home till this year end post pandemic ease, the job location will be Pune (Maharashtra)Role :The Accounting Manager is responsible for all areas relating to books of accounts, system controls and reporting. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely book closing. This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, system upgradation, communication, reporting, etc. The Accounting Manager will have contact with senior managers and Controller which requires strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal.Responsibilities :, Handling of the complete business application for accounting perspective., Hiring, training, motivating, and evaluating staff members., Maintaining sanity of the systems and books., Need to work on reconciliation between Company books and Partner books, Need to resolve doubts of Partners regarding various accounting related queries., Review the Business applications from accounting perspective to ensure that financial systems and business application are in sync., Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices in the system with the help of technology team., Standardize procedures to generate efficiency in,house and create internal templates to be used by the company., Experience of handling the team., Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end books close., Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information., Work with the auditors and other advisors and to ensure a clean and timely year,end audit., Handling of non,routine reporting transactions., Support management with special projects and workflow process improvements.Skill,set :, Chartered Accountant with 3,5 years of experience preferably from Big4., Must be able to multi,task, managing multiple sites simultaneously, Problem solving skills, Strong verbal and written communication skills., Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills required., Ability to multi,task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required., Well versed with Microsoft office and ERP systemsSalary range will be between 10.00 LPA to 15.00 LPA
