Education at Work is seeking a full-time Senior Director of Campus Recruiting and Student Success who will lead the development and implementation of a campus recruitment strategy yielding high achieving students from Universities in our Salt Lake City and Tempe locations. The successful candidate’s primary responsibilities will be (1) the development and execution of a full recruitment cycle for student employees, while (2) increasing brand awareness to a diverse spectrum of stakeholders and university constituents.
