Job Description

To undertake management responsibility for all projects activities.

To co ordinate with Architects Interior designers Technical Consultants Project Management

Review on going projects w.r.t schedule

To co ordinate for timely actions from all concerned in order to ensure the project is delivered as per schedule.

To consistently track Variances with Budgets Deviations in works.

Rate analysis of extra works as & when applicable.

MIS – Monthly Reports, Delay Or Project Specific Information required by Management.

At the closure of projects, to analyse final costing of the executed Project.

Certification of Bills Invoices scrutinised by AMPE Executives PMC’s

Co ordination with Accounts for Projects Specific costing & payments.
