Job DescriptionThe Applied Intelligence Platform + (AIP+) , Product Development & Operations Lead is responsible for driving the development and operationalization of new market facing product offerings:, Drive new product development based upon market demand, Partner with GTM and COE Leads to understand market requirements by region and revenue generation needs, Operationalize new offerings (through the first 1 or 2 years) with clients before handing off to Customer operations, Take offering to MVP, Integrate with or design new operational support, Implement monetization, Ensure stabilization, Ensure on,going innovationIndividuals should demonstrate the consulting skills to interface with clients (internally and externally) to understand the business requirements and then translate those requirements to development teams for capability build out. Individuals should also have an experience in publishing white papers, representing and speaking during conferences, and creating patentable assets. Individual should have global experience.Mandatory Skills, Communication and go to market (GTM) skills, Client facing in the sales process and assists with due diligence as needed. , 5+ years of Product Management lifecycle and R&D experience, Strong technical experience in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), distributed computing experience (Hadoop, Hive, Spark, NoSQL), automation, devops frameworks, modelops frameworks, containerization and microservices. , Strong understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models, Deep understanding and hands on experience with NoSQL DBs (e.g. Graph, Cassandra, Mongo), machine learning (e.g. R, Python), descriptive analytics (e.g. Qlikview, Tableau), ETL (e.g. Talend, Informatica), Hadoop (e.g. Apache Spark, Cloudera), streaming (e.g. Apache Kafka), and monitoring tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana), Able to work with clients and client teams to deploy innovative solutions to help solve client challengesDesired Skills, Industry standard certifications (e.g. ToGaF)Primary Responsibilities, Product manage and oversee and drive the further development and scale out (capabilities and revenue) of Luban architecture and services, Application Hub, Self Service Deployment Engine, Immutable Shared Ledger, SWB Luban Updates, Plan and layout a roadmap to drive new AIP+ capabilities , Partner with GTM, COE and Leadership on revenue driving ideation, Oversee a team to develop new capabilities, Partner with tower leads to operationalize new capabilities, Partner with APP and Platform Engineering teams to aid product development offerings, Support client discussions, orals, RFPs applicable to new product offeringsRequired Qualifications, Bachelor's degree , 20+ years of experience in the software industry in architecting and designing products and platforms, Experience managing a global team , Experience with all phases of software development
