EAW seeks to expand its talented Workforce Management Department with an experienced Forecasting and Capacity Planning System Admin. As the Aspect / eWfm / Alvaria platform system Admin, you will partner closely with the Work Force Management team / Operations Management Team by Building forecasting, scheduling, planning, capabilities and making recommendations for improvements. You will leverage your subject matter expertise in metrics, reporting and data analysis to determine the best use of time, people, and systems to meet the business needs of today and tomorrow.
