Designation : ASM General TradeFunction : SalesLocation : Jaipur, MumbaiReporting To : Regional Sales ManagerRole Objectives :, Achieve Sales, Distribution, Product visibility & Display related objectives through leveraging the planned resources & infrastructure at the area level as per the parameters set by the companyKey Responsibilities :, Anchoring achievement of Volume and Value targets by Month, QTR & Year, Planning and Forecasting., Ensuring targeted distribution & display in area as per plan., Execute trade marketing and sales capability initiatives thru field force., Strengthen the Distribution network and manage the distributors productivity., Ensuring sales hygiene by delivery of process KPI e.g. Bills cut,Desired Candidate Profile :, Proven experience in managing Sales and Distribution in India, Experience of working in an organization where Sales Automation and Analytics is matured, Experience in GT sales., Team management experienceDesired Experience Level & Qualifications , MBA with 1,5 years of relevant work experience in reputed FMCG FMCG retail sales experience. Multinational Companies are preferable Premier Institute MBAs Mandatory.
