You are responsible for Coverage and Direct & Indirect distribution The key deliverables are as follows, Responsible for both primary and secondary value and volume of sales., Responsible for driving sales strategy through their team, setting targets, category penetration and expand dealer network., ARD (Authorized Re,distributor) Management , Monitor and control ARD's inventory, market outstanding and ensure healthy ROI, Ensuring prompt roll,out of trade schemes and commercial hygiene, Responsible for shop,floor hygiene , Display, Planogram, activations etc., ISP (In,Shop Promotor) Management , Training and monitoring of productivity of ISPs, Competitor Analysis , Up to date information of competitor products, schemes etc. and coming up with recommendations to stay ahead of competition, Identifying & addressing capability needs of his,her team , both technical and behavioralTo succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience, Proactive Planning & Execution, Commercial Acumen, Market Orientation, Data,based Decision Making, Team Management, In,store Management, Drive for Results, Persuasive Communication, Graduate(Any) + MBA with specialization in sales,marketing is mandatory, Minimum 5 years in Sales with FMCG,FMCD background(preferred)
