Summary The incumbent will have responsibility for Sales Target in the West India. Main responsibility will be developing the strong customer base which will result in growth of business and help the corporate to build long term business strategy in the responsible area. The incumbent should have an overall experience in Sales Marketing Business Development with experience in direct sales in the Masterbatch, Polymer Plastic sales or Pigment Industry regionally or in a country.Education Bachelor degree in Plastic, Polymer or related discipline. An advanced degree such as an MBA is preferredKRA's are as follows 1. Achievement of planned sales, revenue and profit goals for West India2. Develop the sales targets with & define the sales objectives 3. Manage & Supervise the Sales team in the territory to achieve the sales objectives and implement the Sales strategy 4. Involve in all business related issues which can impact profitability, costs, customer service e.g. effective management of local inventory5. Monitor the pricing across the product types and customers in the territory & initiate appropriate actions and controls in case of deviation6. Implement the business strategies of business units in the region to achieve individual business objective with closely working with respective Market Development & Business Managers 7. Develop & build the new accounts & business Regular visits to current accounts for the sustaining & improving the sales positions. Exploit opportunities negotiate major sales contracts & rebates in key accounts in the territory8.
