Ltd. (www.ananyafinance.com) is an NBFC set up by Friends of Women's World Banking , India (FWWB) in 2009, with the objective of reaching out to a large section of microfinance institutions (MFIs) and grass root entities. Ananya is one of the responsible NBFCs in India with the commitment to serve socially motivated bottom,line enterprises. The company caters to the microfinance, smallholder farmer financing and enterprises that operate in the impact space. The company has a pan,India presenceRoles and Responsibilities :, Design microfinance and individual lending processes along with associated regulatory, legal, compliance and,or operational requirements., Undertake initiatives on cost reduction, process & operations transformation, process design & reengineering, Knowledge of framing of business policies and processes, Process Re,engineering , with particular focus on the practical use cases and minimizing manual work, Good understanding of LOS,LMS and digitization of processes , Excellent communication and presentation skills, Expert understanding of microfinance business in NBFC,MFIs,SFBsQualification and other skills requirements :, Experience in framing process and policies in microfinance vertical of NBFC,MFIs and SFBs, Experience of working in Internal Audit Department (IAD) would be welcome, 4,6 years' experience in NBFC,BFSI,MFI sector, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Strong Interpersonal skills, Ability to multitask and meet deadlines, Enthusiasm for work, willingness to pitch in as needed, and a flexible approach to the working environment is essential , Excellent knowledge of Excel and PPT., Ability to work under pressure and against tight timelinesPerson Specification :, High levels of enthusiasm, self,motivation and a self,managing 'can do' attitude , High levels of determination and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities , Collaborative and supportive attitude in a team , Effective problem,solving and decision,making skills, Proven ability to build strong and lasting relationships with a range of external,internal supporters and influence and negotiate with external,internal stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes, Excellent coordination and organizational skills, Enjoy using own initiative and being creative , Effective team player, Willing to carry out any additional work, challenges and responsibilities relevant to the roleOther Requirements :, Maintain confidentiality at all times and ensure respect for, observance of and adherence to Ananya's confidentiality policy by all staff, Contribute to the development of the role as the organization develops, Undertake any task within skills and abilities as may be requested from time to timeEligibility :Ananya promotes gender diversity and would prefer applications from relevant applicants who embrace gender diversity.
