The company has a pan,India presence.Profile summary :, Required an experienced Product Manager to participate and take ownership of building the product strategy and road map for supply chain financing (dealer side)., You will be independently responsible for establishing the business & product from scratch. , The Product Manager should have previous experience in end,to,end product management and main responsibilities will include defining the product strategy & road map, gathering product requirements, prioritizing feature implementations and improving overall customer experience., Ideal candidates should have experience in NBFCs in supply chain financing. Experience in launching digital lending products would be preferable.Roles and Responsibilities :, Coordinating with cross,functional teams like Operations, Credit, Technology and Sales, to create and continuously enable changes in application form, workflows, policies etc., Defining new processes and documenting of processes related to the loan life,cycle, Undertaking projects to identify gaps in processes and initiate corrective action wherever required, including improvement in end,to,end login,to,disbursement turnaround time, Strategically responsible for customer experience , Innovation, Conceptualize and Implement Digitization of customer service framework, Product development and management, New CRM implementation and integration, Automation of customer service processes, and redesigning of core system to support mobility, Taking complete ownership of user experience across all our products, Driving digital penetration of customers through various initiatives and projects, Enhanced the data collection process with some validations to reduce the overall TAT, Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth, Research new technological trends so as to figure out how to incorporate them into products, Facilitate team input into various stages of product development and design, Define and analyze performance metrics & prepare project status and feature, Conceptualize, implement and lead technological advancement and digital transformation projects that help development of better and more diverse products, increment in client satisfaction and engagement, reduction in credit riskQualification and other skills requirements :, Experience as a Product Manager or nearly similar role in Bank , NBFC or FI in SME segment, Experience in product lifecycle management, digital onboarding and digital lending experience preferable, 6,7 years' experience in NBFC,BFSI,MFI sector, Organizational and leadership abilities, Problem,solving aptitude and Creative thinking skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Strong Interpersonal skills, Ability to multitask and meet deadlines, Enthusiasm for work, willingness to pitch in as needed, and a flexible approach to the working environment is essential , Excellent knowledge of Excel and PPT., Ability to work under pressure and against tight timelinesPerson Specification :, High levels of enthusiasm, self,motivation and a self,managing 'can do' attitude , High levels of determination and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities , Collaborative and supportive attitude in a team , Effective problem,solving and decision,making skills, Proven ability to build strong and lasting relationships with a range of external,internal supporters and influence and negotiate with external,internal stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes, Excellent coordination and organizational skills, Enjoy using own initiative and being creative , Effective team player, Willing to carry out any additional work, challenges and responsibilities relevant to the roleOther Requirements :, Maintain confidentiality at all times and ensure respect for, observance of and adherence to the organization's confidentiality policy by all staff, Contribute to the development of the role as the organization develops, Undertake any task within skills and abilities as may be requested from time to timeEligibility :, Ananya promotes gender diversity and would prefer applications from relevant applicants who embrace gender diversity.
