Job Description

In the role of Commercial Analytics Data Integration Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the International and local affiliate teams with integration activities of the Commercial Analytics data and reporting platforms. Working in partnership with our Business Technology teams and partner vendors, you will play a key role within the integration team in driving the successful integration of our legacy Allergan reporting platform to the new advanced Abbvie platform with minimal business impact.You will develop and deliver technical support, design and document processes and act as a key conduit between the local business teams and the technical support teams. In addition you will support the local affiliate teams in the identification, documentation and delivery of critical testing criteria. It is expected that you are well,versed in multiple areas of BI , CRM technologies, and that you are able to understand and communicate the needs of the business without getting 'too technical'. You will also be the go,to team for data related integration support; working as an SME in support of the business teams.You will conceive, design, and develop reusable tools and processes in support of our local affiliate teams to facilitate the smooth migration and integration of data. You will act with a high degree of professional confidence and autonomy, to ensure the successful integration of Business Intelligence solutions and analysis to help drive migration activities in clear and efficient manner.As part of this role you will: , Become the go to subject matter expert for local affiliate teams on the integration of our reporting platforms, Design and deliver reusable code,tools to migrate data., Apply expert knowledge of industry standards, policies, and organisational structure so that you can work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues across wider business functions, Proactively evaluate and resolve technical challenges and blockers to minimise their impact on the local affiliate team's, Evaluate, recommend, and implement improvements to existing activities., Perform unit testing on code and assist with system and UAT testing., Contribute to business process improvement by providing analytical support, data driven insights and recommendations, Support the management of master data within our reporting infrastructure to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy. Provide pro,active support to the local affiliates in management of Metadata processes, Work with business and IT management to understand and prioritize data and information needs, including the enrichment of data to support the provision of business insights., Help establish an analytics Centre of Excellence (CoE), addressing simple, advanced and predictive analytics to support future business insightsQualifications:Experience: , Experience in using a variety of data management systems, High level attention to details and experience in data validation, cross checking with multiple data sources, A strong knowledge and proven experience in gathering testing requirements, providing detailed data analysis and understanding,adopting key business,processes, Excellent communicator with the interpersonal and consultative skills necessary to work effectively with a diverse matrix team environment, Demonstrated ability to assimilate insights from multiple sources and data sets to develop strategic actionable guidance for integrations teams, Demonstrated ability to cope well with change, risk and ambiguity and act decidedly with incomplete or imperfect information, Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Experience with Veeva CRM and Microsoft Power BI, Strong SQL skills an advantage, Ability to work in a collaborative and influencing fashion to drive business activity , Pro,active , creates solutions & takes the lead on initiatives, with ability to suggest new solutions that haven't been thought of is just as important as being able to honor requestsIdeal Candidate Skills,Qualifications:, Bachelor's Degree.
