Achievement of new acquisition value and number plan for retail current accounts (premium & above only) for the branch
Ensure Activation and value build up in newly acquired current account customer portfolio (premium & above only)
Provide regular inputs to the CANI sales team on competition benchmarking, opportunities and segmentation, CSE staffing and productivity, product features and quality of portfolio acquired
Responsible for monitoring the portfolio health of all newly acquired non managed retail current accounts in the branch, with respect to on boarding, activation, value build up & AQB maintenance
Understanding the customer business and prepare customer profile
Focusing on Profile based selling approach, for cross sell of value added products services and exploring potential for new to bank liability customer acquisition through referral of portfolio customers.
Maintain continuous customer engagement through customer visits contacts, and proactively resolve customer issues queries.
Ensure Catchment Profiling for branch for CA potential with help from CANI team
Work in close consultation with the central product team to modify the product features parameters to suit the need of portfolio customers prospects (Product Customization)
