Job Description

1. Handling Sales of Commercial projects 2. Formulating sales strategies and driving the project sales in the region 3. Achieving Targeted Speed of Sales (Units Booked per month) from various sources.4. Develop marketing plans to build consumer preference and drive volumes. 5. Identify and develop new streams for revenue growth and maintain relationships with customers to achieve repeat, referral business.6. To manage various sourcing activities through various channels, viz. Channel Partners, Outreach activity, Corporate, Development of Dealer network PAN India.7. To ensure constant tracking and response to competitor,Market activities & provide timely feedback as per market dynamics.8. Market segmentation and penetrating untapped markets.9. Coordinate very closely with other functions like core marketing (giving inputs for communication with right target group) and customer care for smooth handover of the acquired clients10. Manage a team of sales executive11. Manage and develop the overall Channel Sales network by achieving the volume , value , profitability targets.12. Understand Market trends, competition and suggest process improvements. Building Brand Image ,position and achieve Market leadership.13. Continuous follow up with the customers and building & retaining client relationships14. Revenue generation using references of existing and upcoming projects and also in conversion of prospective customers who are planning to use competitor's projects
