Job Description

Provide templates, processes and tools for permanent and temporary staffing processes, including sourcing options and providers. Working out alternate sourcing options.

Lead and execute permanent staffing.

Set procedures for on boarding new employees including orientation tools and processes

Work very closely with functional heads on issues related to manpower budgeting

Manage and control Budgeted Head count and expenditure within agreed budgets

Device tools for Assessment of probable candidates

Refine and develop the Background verification process

Co ordinate and support the Business HR team on headcount issues

Streamline the existing HR Operations ie, handling the all issues related to employee life cycle management
