Job Description

Take daily round of the respected area to observe any abnormality in operation of equipment s, leakages on utility lines and attend it on top priority in co ordination with production department.

To ensure proper preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of all equipment's to avoid breakdowns and keep maximum equipment availability.

To plan and carry out modification as per process requirement.

To maintain proper inventory of spare required for maintenance in view to avoid downtime of equipment's. To raise PRN for required material and check the quality of received spares.

Maintain all documents of maintenance like preventive maintenance schedule and record, equipment history card and other documents required for various audits.

To plan and carry out various jobs in view of human and environment safety, energy conservation and cost reduction point or view.

Carry out jobs as per management policies and instructions.

Any other responsibility given by management time to time.

Comply with the requirements of Quality Systems.

Any other task assigned by superior.

Give proper and timely feedback to seniors.

A. Principal Accountabilities

Engineering of Processes related to milk treatment and juice processing.

Fabrications of process related activity.

Planning of man, material and machines related to fabrication activity.

Training and motivation at the shop floor level to achieve the best quality of work.

Project Document and History report maintaining.

Material Procurement and sizing related to the projects.

Project execution by maintaining safety quality and cost tracking.

B. Principal Accountabilities

To advise the concerned departments in planning and organizing measures necessary for the effective control of personal injuries.

To advise on safety aspects in all job studies and to carry out detailed job safety studies of selected jobs.

To check and evaluate the effectiveness of action taken or proposed to be taken to prevent personal injuries.

To advise the purchasing and stores departments in ensuing high quality and availability.

To advise on matters related to carrying out plant safety inspections.

To carry out plant safety audit and inspection in order to observe the physical conditions of work and the work practice and procedures being followed by partners and to render advice on measures to be adopted for removing the unsafe physical conditions and preventing unsafe actions by partners.

To render advice matters related to reporting and investigating of industrial accidents and diseases.

To investigate the dangerous occurrence reportable under rule 115 of The Maharashtra Factories Rules 1963 and the case of industrial disease contracted by any of the partners employed in the factory reportable under rule 116 of the (said rule).

To advise on the maintenance of such records as are necessary relating to accidents, dangerous occurrence and industrial diseases.

To conduct safety committee meeting and act as a advisor to such committees.

To organize in association with the concern depts.., campaigns, competitions, contests and other activities which will develop and maintain the interest of the partners in establishing and maintaining safe conditions of work and procedures.

To design and conduct either independently or in collaboration with the HR dept suitable training and educational program for the preventing on personal injuries.

To ensure the periodically inspection and testing of lifting tools, tackles and pressure vessels as per the statutory requirements.

To investigate LTA MTA First Aid cases and carry out periodical analysis.

Any other job allocated by the management time to time.

C. Principal Accountabilities

Project scope management.

Following the policies & procedures adopted for project.

Project scheduling Overall project schedule & listing the major project activities, important milestones, etc.

Resource planning (Project cost Management) Detailed cost estimate, project budgeting & its relationship with project cost accounting, project cost management to take care of scope changes, contingencies, etc.

Project quality management.

Project resource management, e.g. Engineering, Services, Fabrication, Civil, contractual manpower, etc.

Initiation of project Need of the project, Cost benefit analysis, selection criteria, obtain approval from the management, etc.

Planning the project Detailed requirement, constraints & assumptions, create work breakdown structure with project & production team in order to develop the cost, schedule, resource, quality & procurement plan.

Identify project risks by defining risk strategies & developing the risk management plan in order to reduce uncertainty throughout the project lifecycle.

Execution of Project Manage resource allocation proactively, implement the procurement of project resources as per plan, quality management as per standards, and implement approved changes & actions.

Monitoring & Controlling the Project Measure project performance, Manage changes to the project scope, schedule & costs, monitor the status of a identified risks by taking corrective actions in order to minimize the impact of the risks on the project.

Ensure operational performance, safety, etc. of all new equipment's.

Training & updating to operational staff for the new equipment, new modified process, projects, etc.

Reporting to the Seniors & Management about the project Current status, costing variance, scheduling & other matters affecting the project success.

Coordination between Production, Project Execution Team External Agency and Maintenance Team for project success.

D. Principal Accountabilities

Keep track of multiple projects.

To ensure time, cost & quality of all projects.

Following the policies & procedures adopted for project.

To help project managers in Project scheduling, resource planning, budget controls etc.

Project quality management.

Follow up of critical items.

Ensure all correct standards are being followed in execution.

Give in line feedback to business team for current future projects.

Project resource management, e.g. Engineering, Services, Fabrication, civil, contractual manpower, etc.

Ensure operational performance, safety, etc. of all new equipments.

Training & updating to operational staff for the new equipment, new modified process, projects, etc.

Reporting to the Seniors & Management about the project Current status, costing variance, scheduling & other matters affecting the project success.

Coordination between Production, Project Execution Team External Agency and Maintenance Team for project success.

Compliance and improvement of Food Safety Management System

Carry out Root cause analysis, Corrective and Preventive actions for FSMS related noncompliance and internal audit non compliance

Ensure Good manufacturing Practices in respective areas

Ensure compliance to all Food defense policies

Ensure records with respect to Food safety Management system for own interface and departmental interface.
