Job Description

The Role's Responsibilities Include:1) Lead digital marketing initiatives.Establish, implement and measure the effectiveness across SEM, UAC , Social, etc to drive awareness and adoption for the app and website 2) Optimise ads to achieve the lowest cost per lead on the website and app, without compromising user quality.3) Lead and train the digital marketing team to achieve best in class results4) Analyse traffic data, flows, funnels on a detailed city and category level to identify potential leakages and opportunities to grow5) Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices in digital advertising; test and evaluate their efficacy6) Be hands,on and detail,oriented in terms of analyzing results.Basic Qualifications :1) Deep knowledge of UAC, search, and social advertising preferably for consumer apps 2) Detail orientation, and ability to go deep in number crunching and analyzing data points3) Past experience in B2C traffic generation, managing digital,mobile advertising.4) Must be highly analytical with strong knowledge of performance optimization and have a strong quantitative analysis.5) Be able to bridge data analysis, research, competitive intelligence to build efficient and scalable customer acquisition programs.
