What You'll Do :This role is a foundational hire. You'll be the first product marketer within the fast,growing startup.1) Inbound Product Marketing :a. Develop a keen understanding of our customers. Lead quantitative and qualitative user research to understand our ideal customer profile and their pain pointsb. Define the competitive landscape and our strategic positioning within itc. Determine the right product assortment, pricing, and packaging to maximize customer adoption2) Outbound Product Marketing :a. Drive efforts to improve conversion rate optimization of our paid ads, product pages, and paid ad landing pagesb. Drive efforts to create new, more powerful evidence to support our marketing claims, for example, salary increase data and customer testimonials.c. Continuously write and iterate upon product marketing and sales enablement assets including webinar decks, sales scripts, battle cards, and email templates3) Go,to,market Planning & Execution for New Course Launches :a. Create the go,to,market plan across channels for scaling up new coursesb. Understand the specific target audiences in depth and create all core marketing collateral (brochures, email templates, ads, course page, landing pages) to resonate with themc. Ensure a smooth execution of the GTM plan across all channels , paid, earned and ownedRequirements :, 5+ years experience in product marketing, Excellent at articulating the essence of products and the value they create. You can develop a strong messaging hierarchy.
