Strategic Roles & Responsibilities :, To provide strategic input to plant HR & Admin team for smooth functioning of the department., Implement all Strategic initiatives of the Group across the Site, Implementation of Digital Roadmap and change in mind set, Implement the Change management initiatives to bring in better efficiency , Evolving and implementation of entire gamut of the administrative, hospitality through cost effective measuresOperational Responsibilities :, To lead, drive and execute the people policies, systems and processes to meet the human resource, administrative and statutory needs of the plant as formulated by business and Group,HR., Proactive communication with senior management with regards to employees concerns and challenges Related to people matters., Ensure effective implementation of the Talent Management, Learning & Development, and successor development initiatives of the business to ensure that desired skillsets and competencies are developed in business., Accountable for critical interfacing internally with all department and functions., To promote and maintain harmonious industrial Relations.
