Job Description

Supporting Actions :, Enhance and elevate effectiveness of CHRO Office, Work with HR Heads & COEs for tracking progress across key HR initiatives, plugging bottlenecks & expediting dependencies to ensure desired output within timelines, Plan various Open House Forums & FGDs with various Target Groups of Employees on periodic intervals, Release Important Notification, Advisory, Newsletter form CHRO's Desk on various issues and initiatives Planning, Budgeting & Reviewing :, Collaborate and work with CHRO, HR Heads and COEs to prepare the Annual HR Project Plan & Budget and Business calendars by analyzing various reports., Coordinate with senior management and stakeholders for meetings, planning, decision making, strategy development and budget preparation, Organize Quarterly reviews with all BUs,COEs to discuss progress on Annual HR PlanMonitoring & Reporting :, Create a cycle of reviews (weekly,monthly,quarterly) and enable impactful discussions with all business HR Heads & BCOE to ensure the annual agenda is executed appropriately., Monitor various business initiatives and projects, track achievements and present weekly and monthly trackers, Analyze the performance and trends and report any deviations from target plans, Prepare analysis,reports for various stakeholders , for instance Quarterly decks, presentations for reviews with MD, Chairman and APEX.Strategy & Excellence :, Program Manage all business critical strategic HR Projects driven from CHRO's office, Support BCOEs in driving Key Projects of their respective portfolios , Help Organization Effectiveness through strong governance Models , Provide support in Specific HR Projects For Example : Job Analysis & Evaluation, Performance Management Process, Workforce Planning, implementation of specific HR policies & Digital HR initiatives, Perform research on industry, competitor trends and benchmarking study and share analysis with CHRO,COEs for taking business & HR decisions, Drive HR Assurance Process as per Group guidelines to gain qualitative insights on current HR practices and policies
