Job Description

Job Objective: Responsible for support, implementation, and execution in the compensation, benefits, and recognition areas efficiently and successfully within the defined terms of the process.Rewards, Recognition, Policy & Benefits, employee recognition, Support the design and implementation of C&B policies & procedures, Execute C&B processes to support and align with the business needs and strategy, Analyze complex data (internal & external benchmarks), provides compensation & benefits analyses and simulations on individuals or groups to support decision making, Manage an on,going relationship with external compensation and benefits vendors for various benchmarking exercise and initiatives, Be involved with planned and ad,hoc projects , Coordinate and engage in functional meetings and committees to draw action plans, and share insights and recommendations, Support the implementation and management of multiple program from the group's viewHR Technology and Analytics: , Regularly analyse varied HR metrics and keep abreast with the new trends, latest technologies, advanced tools to suggest improvement in Rewards processes, Implement practices to ensure system usage for workflow, analysis, and reporting; Determine controls to assure data accuracy in the system, Support the technology implementation, and management for rewards, benefits, and employee recognition areasEducational Qualification:, Bachelor's degree in Business Management,Maths, Stats,Commerce, Compensation certifications of AON,Mercer , Advanced Excel and PPT skillsExperiences:, 5 to 7 years of experience in total rewards (C&B) field in a similar position for mid,sized , large organization, Proven problem,solving skills, as well as an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to successful completion in a fast,paced environment, Hands,on experience in driving large scale compensation and benefits benchmarking projects , Proven experience in program management and stakeholder management , Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with internal and external stakeholders
