Company Acko General InsurancePosition Brand ManagerIntro Looking for an individual who will support ACKO's brand marketing team responsible for planning and executing brand marketing (offline and online) plans to establish the ACKO brand & grow the consumer base KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Brand and Media Work with Marketing leader to define brand positioning, and design and deploy strategies to strengthen the Acko brand and build brand equity. Work with external agencies & internal team to create brand strategy, and develop a strong differentiated brand Lead brand marketing execution offline online brand campaigns, marketing mix design while maximizing the ROI through market mix modelling Develop a deep understanding of Acko's target consumer and become his her advocate across company initiatives Innovate and experiment to accelerate brand scale up Design, conduct, and analyse consumer research and brand health tracking partner closely with the media, advertising, and analytics teams to define campaign performance metrics to ensure a high level of effectivenessSocial Brand Platforms Build and manage ACKO's online brand platforms (FB, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.) and execute online brand campaigns Work with the in house creative content team and ensure high quality content development to support paid marketing initiatives Work with online marketing groups, communities, influencers & build partnerships to deliver brand message to relevant target group Manage ORM for the brandDesired Qualifications Experience MBA from a tier 1 institute 1 2 years of experience in brand management with focus on digital social media marketing Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.Location Hierarchy etc. Bangalore Reporting to Head of Marketing
