Job Description

Account Manager IT Sales (ERP Software Solution Selling)

Responsibilities

Establish and execute a Business Sales Plan in the agreed area vertical accounts which are identified as potential targets, including engagement strategy, including time lines and targets for sales bookings.

Achieve against agreed metrics including bookings, revenue and collection objectives.

Identify issues in target clients and develop relevant solutions to address client business need – collaborate with service lines marketing and other BD professionals to maximize revenue solutions to client

In the support of the above where relevant maximise third party relationships

Report to regional Sales Leader on delivery against plan Profile

Candidate with.

Strong IT services selling experience in the Indian market, preferably in the south market

Should have experience working in Top MNC Tier 1 services companies

Proven track record in domestic IT market

Experience in managing and working with enterprise and large accounts

Proven track record of business development, opening new accounts, account management and being able to align software services solutions in line with client needs

Self motivated and proactive in mining accounts and developing new pursuits

Ability to build and manage relationships with middle to senior management in client organization

Responsible for booking target, revenue and collections

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good networking skills to be able to work with various internal teams to ensure a co ordinated response to meet client requirements

This is a fairly senior sales role and will require interfacing with CXO levels at our clients and critical that they have good communication skills and project right image of CG representations
