Account Executive, Real Estate

We launched our business in 2012 as Ladder Now, initially with a focused service offering; we have evolved into much more. We have expanded well beyond that initial service offering and continue to successfully meet the needs of our insurance clients. In early 2020, we acquired HouseLens, a visual marketing services platform for the real estate industry located in Nashville, Tennessee. The company offers professional photo, video, drone and Zillow 3D tour creation. HouseLens has been serving realtors since 2008 and is now available in 32 metropolitan markets and growing.

Our new brand, Seek Now, better represents the range of services we offer today as well as our aspirations to further expand our capabilities within insurance, real estate and beyond.

Position Summary:

Seek Now is seeking an Account Executive to grow our HouseLens market share within a designated territory as well as named strategic accounts by identifying and supporting new sales opportunities, providing product/service solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining positive ongoing relationships to maximize sales.

The ideal candidate has proven experience successfully using sales techniques, getting in front of the right decision makers, meeting, and exceeding sales targets. Additionally, the ideal candidate can demonstrate experience and success across multiple services related industries.

This role is remote and located within the designated territory this role would service.

Essential Functions and Duties:

Plan for, build, and manage proactive sales pipeline for regional territory Develop engaging account strategies that maximize opportunities with our biggest and best customers Present our solutions to VP, C-level executives, and other key decision makers in assigned market(s) Build and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to clients, prospects, and industry organizations Create a level of confidence and trust across peers, partners, and customers through effective communication and collaboration Utilize formalized sales processes and account management disciplines Meet or exceed sales goals for regional territory Track and report meaningful sales metrics in appropriate sales tools (e.g. CRM system) Partner cross-functionally to achieve business goals Maintain up-to-date understanding of competitors’ activities and offerings Stay current on industry trends that impact target market(s) Perform other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proven ability to drive sale process excellence and maximize the sales and account management opportunities to grow market share Ability to manage complex sales projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Exceptional written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Ability to solve problems creatively Ability to pass work eligibility requirements Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing is Preferred Minimum of five (3) years of experience in services industry including strategic selling into large corporate accounts, preferably large brokerages Experience in residential real estate marketing or office support is preferred. Experience using modern selling best practices and face-to-face consultative selling Experience using CRM system such as Salesforce Valid driver’s license required

Work Environment:

Mix of professional office environment, on the road traveling, and outdoors

Physical Demands:

Must be able to travel (driving or flying) frequently to and from Ladder Now offices, customer, and/or partner sites Must be able to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary Must be able to routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines

Position Type and Hours:

Full-Time Monday through Friday from 8:00 – 5:00 p.m. plus occasional weekends and evenings as needed


25-50% of travel time expected for this position
