Job Description

We are looking for Spend Analytics experts with 7+ years of experience who can fulfill the following criteria

Role and Requirements

Managing Analytics Service Delivery

Manage delivery and execution of Procurement analytics services for Accenture clients.

Conducting spend analytics, contract and compliance analytics, category profiling and opportunity identification, supplemented with actionable insights aimed at assisting clients in achieving tangible business outcomes.

Managing analytics delivery for procurement (across materials and services including commodities) as applicable

Leveraging outsourced Procure to Pay processes to build advanced analytics based reporting to provide enhanced business insights to our clients

Provide subject matter expertise in Sourcing & Procurement for shaping and delivery of the deals

Leverage strength in Procurement fundamentals and knowledge of tools and technologies to conceptualize relevant analytics that meet client's business needs

Managing Stakeholders

Manage relationships with key stakeholders hold discussions on analytical insights, support with deployment strategy, manage delivery issues, plan for new analytics needs

Collaborate across multiple geographies and functions.

Desired Skills and Experience

Professional and Academic Requirements

MBA Masters Engineering degree from Top Tier Institutes

Good understanding of Source to Pay process across different types of spend (Direct Indirect Operations Projects)

Minimum 7 10 years of relevant experience across Industry, Consulting or Analytics organizations

Candidates with experience in the CPG (F&B) industry preferred

Strategic Sourcing & Category Management experience will be an advantage

Global experience will be an advantage

Ability to conceptualize business impact focused analytics

Spend data mining and data preparation knowledge

Experience and understanding of sourcing and analytical tools such as Zycus Ariba Emptoris, SAP MM SRM, advanced MS Excel, MS Access, Database tools (SQL etc) desired.

Strong business acumen and financials understanding

Good team handling experience of having handled a team of 10+ analysts

Experience in being part of or managing global or geographically dispersed teams is a plus

Excellent communication skills

Client management experience would be a plus.
