Essential Skills

Atleast 1 project in one or more phases ( Assessment, Planning, Design, Development) of Implementation of Finance and Accounting Shared Service Centers or BPO in one of the core finance processes.

Experience in operating model design, shared services strategy, design, and program management highly desirable

Experience in planning and managing transitions of Finance and accounting back office operations, experience around moving decentralized finance and accounting operations to shared services. Designing, developing and implementation of complete life cycle finance and accounting shared services centers.

Extensive Business Process Re engineering experience.
