Summery High level overview

The Function Consulting practice programs are global programs which are responsible for understanding the global market across five Operating Groups, establishing Accenture's Function Consulting global growth strategy to drive growth, creating c suite thought leadership, developing and commercializing differentiated businesses, offerings, assets and capabilities.

The Function Consulting program will support one or two of the four consulting practices and leverages the best of Accenture across geographies, businesses and industry segments to achieve these objectives.

The four consulting practices are

Finance & enterprise performance

Customers and channels

Supply chain and operations

Talent and Organization

S he will be directly program managing the global functional consulting practices supporting the Leads.

RESPONSIBILITIES Tasks, functions, deliverables Performed

Practice Management

Understand Function leadership's strategic requirements

Organize the practice leadership team towards their priorities

Support investment agenda by tracking and managing MDI investments

Collaborate with leadership to conduct V&A scanning and origination

Support innovation to stay ahead and remain state of art

Maintain knowledge of Accenture's business and proactively integrate changes into organizational programs

Interface with executives on behalf of organization leadership to discuss specific topics and or requests, resolve issues, collect information, etc.

Program Management

Drive and manage projects initiatives in function practice as leverage for the function leadership team

Help coordinate across the 6 Deployed to Entities for offering development, marketing, community, talent etc.

Ongoing coordination amongst Function Managing Directors

Provides visibility into practice size, headcount and talent

Ability to drive change by working with various levels of stakeholders

Interface with finance and various central teams and maintain relationships

Identify potential local operational or execution risks and drive closure of issues by developing new methods or models as needed

QUALIFICATIONS Degrees, Certifications

MBA or equivalent

15 20 years of post education experience

Experience to include management consulting, practice offering program management

Experience skills into one of the four function consulting areas would be an advantage

Preferably handled projects in the areas of process improvement, business transformation and management consulting

International work experience especially Europe and USA is preferred
